Natick MA, Operating to Endanger Charge Dismissed

Natick District Court—The client, an 18 year-old young woman, drove her car into a telephone pole and was charged with Operating to Endanger. At a Clerk-Magistrate hearing I was able to convince the Clerk-Magistrate that the accident was the result of a medical issue and no complaint issued.
