Palmer MA, Defendant Charged With Operating to Endanger

Palmer District Court-Clerk-Magistrate hearing. The defendant was charged with operating to endanger after an accident in which he struck another car from behind, and the car he struck flipped over and landed on its roof. I was able to convince the clerk-magistrate, with the help of an expert, not to issue a criminal complaint.

Waltham MA, Second Offense OUI Solution

Natick District Court—The client, an 18 year-old young woman, drove her car into a telephone pole and was charged with Operating to Endanger. At a Clerk-Magistrate hearing I was able to convince the Clerk-Magistrate that the accident was the result of a medical issue and no complaint issued.
